Adam is the founder of “Mental Health Warriors” He has been through so much in his life from being abused by family to being bullied all through his educational journey which lead him to even attempt suicide.  However, thankfully this was the turning point that he needed and with the support of one great friend who made Adam realise that his pain and experience could help others he decided to change his life.  He is now qualified in mental health first aid and currently on his new and more empowering journey to becoming a certified psychologist.
